Jeff Geoghan is the Marketing Manager for the Coldwell Banker Realty real estate brokerage encompassing all of central/southeast Pennsylvania including the Harrisburg, Lancaster, York, Reading and Philadelphia metro markets.

Following up a degree in Marketing from Penn State in 1989, Geoghan did tours in sales and marketing with Nabisco Brands, Inc. in New York and Ernest & Julio Gallo in San Diego & Los Angeles, California. Afterwards he led in developing sales training practices with May Department Stores throughout the western states, where he held seminars and sales workshops at numerous locations. May Department Stores then tapped Geoghan to lead the launch of their online sales in 1997, where he developed both a consumer site as well as a customer service and shipping operation for the company. In the meantime he earned his MBA in management from Dowling College in New York.

Upon relocating to Central Pennsylvania, Jeff moved into the real estate field by developing a business model based on internet marketing and subsequently, social media engagement. In 2004 he founded yourlancasterhome.com, which eventually became the top-ranked real estate website in the region. Jeff’s blogs have garnered him national recognition from local outlets up to the Wall Street Journal, as well as television interviews.

In January 2012 Jeff took over as Marketing Vice President and CMO for Coldwell Banker Select Professionals, an brokerage based in Lancaster PA with over 300 sales associates in ten offices, serving South Central Pennsylvania. Jeff has extensive experience with social media, personal branding, video, blogging and reputation management.

In October 2014 the firm was acquired by NRT LLC. and began to operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, with Geoghan continuing as Marketing Manager for the  newly-rebuilt company.

In February 2019 Geoghan added the greater Philadelphia division of NRT, Coldwell Banker Preferred, to his marketing management portfolio. The two brokerage operations encompass the bulk of central and southeast PA, southwest NJ and the Wilmington DE region with 24 offices and nearly 1,300 sales agents.

In 2021 the organization rebranded to Coldwell Banker Realty in Greater Philadelphia and Central Pennsylvania. Today, Jeff guides the social media, PR and event marketing for the region as well as personally serving over 1,800 agents in 19 offices.
