We had an opportunity to spend time with David and hear about the exciting 2022 direction for Coldwell Banker. With listing inventory as a seemingly insurmountable industry challenge, CB is again taking the lead with a new seller focus launching this month with our annual March Madness advertising campaign. David shares his passion for the creativity inherent in the Coldwell Banker organization, and how we arrived at this fresh direction and that everyone else is talking to buyers even with the market in flux. For 2022, Coldwell Banker will intentionally speak to sellers using our “Dream” campaign as well as online tools designed to spur seller interest in the moving conversation. Changing the conversation once again and leading the industry!
